For several generations, the Montes Family has been infusing spirits with fruits and other flavors. Today, our Infused Tequilas (and Sangrias) are becoming a legendary component of The Red Cadillac’s success, and for good reason. All the Infused Tequilas are created through a detailed, handcrafted process we created, and continually adjust. With 10 to 15 Infused Tequilas available at any given time, our pride & passion is being rewarded with strong sales and positive press. The combination of our Infused Tequilas, unique Sangrias, original Cadillac Cocktails, and full bar — allows The Red Cadillac to offer customers a one-of-a-kind beverage experience.
