We've started our engine and The Red Cadillac is now in Union, New Jersey . This Tacos & Tequila Joint is driven by your favorite restaurantuers, Joe & Jamey Montes. After 30 successful  years in the hospitality industry we are  now ready to start the engines on our favorite cuisine...Mexican.  After working with, and becoming friends with Chef Ralph Pagano, from Hells Kitchen, Iron Chef & Pressure Cook fame, we collaborated to create a Fresh "Made To Order" cuisine for the East Coast.  For the Food & Drinks, we will only use the freshest products available. That's our goal and we're stickin' to it. Our Crew  consists of young Americans looking to show off their talents in the service industry, both out front and in the kitchen.

The name Cadillac has become synonymous with "Top of the Line" or "The Best" and that's our goal.  Whether your looking for Killer Mexican Street Cuisine or a Hip City Lounge to park for awhile with a Cadillac Margarita or our Home Made Infused Tequila, this ride is sure to please.  Tell your friends, tell your family, tell your friends family, The Red Cadillac, your next favorite spot, is now open ! ! !
